Root

Finds the octave that keeps the most notes in reach, re-fingers each note across the strings, folds or drops what the instrument can't play, and lists every change it made. Course 3 is an octave pair, so both strings sound. Click any note in the arrangement to see where else that pitch lives on the neck and move it there. Tip: Key -5 turns charango tab into identical fingerings on an Argentine ronroco.
