Innovation and digital capability support, focused on measurable efficiencies and upskilling.
I am Nico Henry, a physicist trained in London. We start with a free 30-minute call, and within 48 hours you have one page with what is worth solving first and how many hours a month it gives back. We agree that number in writing before we start, and only then do we talk about price. Nobody on your team loses their job, the typing and chasing goes and the thinking stays. I work on two levels: taking the repetitive part off your hands, and deciding what to do with AI as an organisation.
You leave every session with something to use that same week: a task that stops being done by hand, a process running, or a template ready to go. Nothing waits until the end of the programme to show a result.
I work on AI adoption at Imperial College London, in the Business School Dean's Office, and I am a director of Hemera Intelligence, a software company in London. Before that I ran, for two years, a services organisation with 60 staff and a £13 million annual budget. I think of myself as a generalist: someone who understands the numbers, the software and the people, and can move between them without a translator in the middle. In a small company that is exactly what is needed.
Nunca toco claves fiscales.
One concrete task first, and something usable from week one. The rest only if that worked.
Prices: quoted on the first call by team size and task, and put in writing on the page I send within 48 hours. Payment: half to start, half when the process is running, in pesos or dollars. The guarantee is simple: we agree in writing how many hours a month it has to save; if it has not saved them after a month of running, you do not pay the rest. Your data: no client data enters any tool without a written agreement, signed before we start, on what goes in and what does not. I never touch tax credentials.
Illustrative, with conservative assumptions. On the first call we do yours.
Every month, three people request payroll updates (overtime, absences, holidays) from each client on WhatsApp, chase the ones who do not reply and enter what arrives. Between the three, about 25 hours a week.
With one process built: the request goes out by itself on the 25th with a per-client list of what is missing, the reminders are drafted for someone to review and send, and what arrives is pre-entered to check rather than typed. Conservative estimate: 10 hours a week recovered, 40 a month. At the cost of a senior salary of USD 1,100 for 170 hours, that is about USD 260 a month, and the process pays for itself within a few months. And a late update stops turning into a missed deadline, which is what really costs clients.
No hace falta traer números: yo pregunto y estimamos juntos.
Thirty minutes, no charge, nothing to prepare. You do not need to know anything about AI.
How many people, what they do, which system you use (whatever it is) and which data can never leave the office.
No need to bring numbers: I ask and we estimate together. If you do not know how long something takes, that is normal; nobody measures it.
What is worth solving first, what to leave alone for now, and why.
The hours and money recovered per month, what it costs and how soon it pays back. If the number does not add up, I tell you and there is no programme.
A one-hour meeting with the two or three people who do that task, in your hours. We sign what data goes in and what does not. I build the process; they test it on real cases; if something does not work, it changes. Nobody installs anything or does homework.
In the words of an office, not a consultancy.
When the question is no longer which task to automate, but what to do with artificial intelligence as an organisation.
